How It Works
On the first Thursday of every month, you will receive an email with the upcoming monthly subscription options. Review the rotating selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, all-beef hot dogs, and jerky. No commitment, place holds at any time, and make additions before the cut off time for delivery.
Cut off time for additions or placing holds is the second Thursday of every month.
Your beef will be delivered in frozen vacuum-sealed packages to your doorstep on the last Thursday of every month. Subscription members are required to leave a loaded ice chest on their front porch. If you do not have an ice chest, please reach out to us to arrange alternate options.
Each cut of beef has its own unique weight and cut, therefore the final price will not be determined or charged until delivery.

Montana Beef Box subscribers can plan on spending about $140/month + delivery for two beautiful steaks, one roast, and two pounds of ground beef delivered to their door in Bozeman and Belgrade.
We also offer The Montana Ground Beef Box at $30/month + delivery for home delivery in Bozeman and Belgrade. The Montana Ground Beef Box consists of four pounds of ground beef. You can always make additions of steaks and roasts before the cut off time.

THE MONTANA BEEF BOX BY BAR 77. ABOUT $140/MONTH
Every month you will receive a rotating selection of two steaks, one roast and two pounds of ground beef. This box is portioned for a two-person household eating one steak dinner for two, a roast, and a two burger nights a month. Make additions or place holds any time. No commitment. The price fluctuates as each cut has its own weight and cost, but you can plan on spending about $140/month + delivery. Home delivery in Bozeman and Belgrade only.
THE MONTANA GROUND BEEF BOX BY BAR 77. $30/MONTH
Every month you will receive a box of 4 pounds of ground beef. That's enough for one burger night a week for a two-person household! You can always make additions of rotating steaks and roasts. No commitment. $30.00 + delivery. Home delivery in Bozeman and Belgrade only.
Subscription Policy
Signing Up – When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created for you with your subscription options, your delivery zone, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, change your delivery location, credit card info, or password and even place a vacation or suspension hold just by signing in to your account.
Payments – We bill your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card the same day your Fresh Harvest is delivered. It’s automatic and you will get a statement by email. We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our order site is run by Farmigo and your information is stored securely by Authorize.net.
Fluctuating Pricing. Every cut of beef has its own price and weight, therefore price will fluctuate every month. To see the full list of pricing go to our pricing page here.
Receiving Deliveries – Your beef will arrive on your doorstep the last Thursday of every month in a cooler. It is your responsibility to leave a cooler with sufficient ice or on your porch and transfer your beef from into your fridge or freezer in a timely manner. If you do not have a cooler, please reach out to us.
Changing Your Pick Up Location – If you want to change your pick up location, please do so 4 days before your delivery day. If you switch and then want to switch back, you’ll need to log into your account again to do so.
Vacation and Suspension Holds – You may put your Beef Box delivery on hold by logging into your account. Please do this before midnight on Sunday for the coming week. Your credit/debit card will not be charged while your delivery is on hold. For emergencies, call Bjorn at 406-580-0949 or email bjorn@bar77montanagrassfedbeef.com
Communications – Bar 77 communicates with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment or to remind you of a scheduled pick up. Sometimes we will need to send out alerts about your order or inform you about happenings on our farm. By becoming a member of our subscription, you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them since much of the information is time sensitive.
Cancellations – You may cancel your subscription at any time, giving us 4 days notice before your pick up day by calling Bjorn at 406-580-0949 or sending an email to bjorn@bar77montanagrassfedbeef.com. Please request a confirmation email back confirming your cancellation.
Holiday Changes – We will give you plenty of notice about holiday date changes.
Returning Your Cooler – When using a Bar 77 cooler, please make sure to leave the last months cooler on your porch for us to return.
Privacy Policy – We do not sell, rent or give our email list, customer list or any personal /financial information to anyone. EVER!
Our Guarantee – Bar 77 guarantees our beef for quality and freshness, and we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. If for any reason, you are not happy, please contact Bjorn at 406-580-0949, bjorn@bar77montanagrassfedbeef.com.
