1 cup water with 2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved

Telicherry ground pepper

Sea salt

Kirkland Prime Rib seasoning

Real Bacon Bits
Place short ribs in a crock pot. Pour in the beef bouillon water and place on high. Grind pepper and sea salt to taste onto short ribs. Sprinkle prime rib seasoning to taste(approximately a tbsp.). Pour ¼ cup of Sweet Chili sauce on ribs. Sprinkle approximately 1-2 tbsp. of horseradish on ribs. Pour ½ cup of Briana’s on ribs. Sprinkle ¼ cup of real bacon bits into mixture. Cook on high for about 3 hours and then turn down to low setting. Turn ribs once or twice during cooking. Enjoy!!!

Sous-Vide Method
Season steaks with ground pepper, sea salt, and light steak seasoning. Place in a zip lock or food sealer. Throw in a fresh sprig of rosemary if desired.
Bring water up to 124 degrees. Add the steak package making sure to immerse fully.
Cook 40 minutes for .75# of meat….adjust a little for size if different.

Preheat a skillet, place Amish butter, chopped shallots and one large sliced garlic clove in med-high heat.
Place steak in skillet for 1-1.5 minutes per side for sear….enjoy!!!

Bavette Steak
(AKA Sirloin Tips, Flap Steak)
Sous-Vide Method:
1# Bavette Steak
Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Seasoning, Shallots, Butter, Rosemary or Thyme Sprig
Grind Sea Salt and Pepper onto steak, sprinkle seasoning. Place in a Zip Lock bag or food sealer bag.
Set The Anova Sous-Vide cooker to 130 degrees. Place bag in water for 2 hours.
Just before bag is taken out of water, bring a skillet to med-high heat and melt butter, adding chopped shallots, crushed garlic cloves and sprig of Rosemary or Thyme.
Place steak in skillet, searing each side. While searing spoon butter, garlic, and shallots onto steak.
Remove from skillet and slice across grain into strips….Enjoy!!
